Wireworld Matrix block users

Hi all, would appreciate if I can have comments for below 2 questions from some of the WW block users:

1)What power cable you are using with WW block except the naim powerline?

2)Which pluging option is better:

Option A

1. 300ps

2. Supercap

3. xps

4-6. Empty

Option B

1. 300ps

2. Empty

3. Supercap

4. Empty

5. Xps

6. Empty

Can you not test the options for yourself?

I used to have my Powerline on my WW block but it sounds better with the Powerline from wall to 250DR and the thicker gauge Supra LowRad power cable on the WW.

I really haven't experimented too much with plugging order and your system is rather different to mine so can't help there.

I bought an additional Naim std mains lead to power mine... around £35-£40

Powerline to Wireworld, and Powerline to every other component is a really value for money setup.

Mine is fed by isotec syncro. Think i have 552, nds, 300 so pre, source and power. Lars

If it's Wireworld Mateix 2 sequence is irrelevant - all sockets are star-connected - each has the same 'priority'.

Adam, yes my ww is mk2, but some peoples said that there still have difference for socket 1 to 6, so that is why I open this topic for comments

Well - I didn't hear any. Wall to Matrix connection is done by a standard Naim cable.

I use Matrix mk2 and actually did some testing with plugging the gear in different order after I read about it from here. The best result was to plug the most power hungry devices first. So in my case it's SN2 - HCDR - nDAC - USB bridge. There's many threads here about this subject, they should be quite easy to find with the search function. I use the stock Naim power cable all the way, also from wall to the block. I did try PowerLine from wall to the block but in my case the stock cable gave better results.

So anyone used wireworld's main cord, instead of powerline?

Me. If I had PLs, they would go from the WW matrix to the piece of kit. Instead I have the stock Naim wires.
