Any news on the NDX firmware update?

Although I am very fond of my NDX, there are some annoying bugs which I was hoping for see a fix by now..
A) the NDX can get itself in a state where it can't decode WAV or FLAC files, can occur if you stream different file types. Embedded album art may also be a cause. Need to power cycle to fix.
B) disabling a digital input sometimes doesn't become effective unless you power cycle.
C) LPCM 24 bit files result in loud static being output.
