Is NAIM only supporting downloaded artwork from NAIM-store?

Downloaded to NAS from LINN-store. Why can't N-server or NAIM desktop client  show artwork,  ??? Tried to drop a .jpg file directly into the Shared folder but still no artwork is shown. It's working fine when downloading from NAIM store

I have been using Media Monkey to create the required folder.jpg files. It's working for Society of Sound. The artwork is there in th properties of the downloaded files, but you need add files, naming them as folder.jpg. Apolgies if you know this this stuff already. I haven't tried Linn yet.

I always call the files "folder.jpg" and it works. I suspect the Linn files you are downloading already include artwork, but not in the required format. However, as I said in my previous post, I haven't downloaded from Linn (so, can someone who has help?). If you download Media Monkey (it's free), you should be able to see the artwork in the properties and add it as "folder.jpg". Again, I'm happy to be contradicted by anyone out there who has actually done this with Linn downloads.
