The CDI returns!

After selling my CDI many years ago and trying several alternatives, I've got myself a CDI again!

Loved mine Fisbey and it was my first Naim CD player so I have very fond memories. I would happily have one again, but the CDS3 that replaced it is not bad either.

CDI/82/180 into Linn Kabers was a favorite system of mine to setup in the dem room for customers. I was a full on Linn worshiper at the time but while the Karik might have been more detailed, the CDI grooved it into the ground.

No, I need to update my profile!, the CDS2 was replaced by a CDS3 which I sold last year. Both fine players but there's something about the CDI!

The CDi is a superb player, I have had two of them, currently I have a CDS which really is the mustard!

Still got my CDI in the loft, great sound, but alas transport is shot. I no longer have a CDP in my system. Still buying CD's but ripped to NAS and streamed to ND5-XS.
