HDX CD tray jammed

For some reason the cd mech won't exit the body of the hdx. The flap is not jammed - this opens down with any hindrance.The mechanism clicks likes it wants to open but something is preventing it. It clicks a few times, spins and then resets. Anyone got a fix is the cd knackered??

I've not come across this before but I'd suggest you first give Naim's service dept a call.

Hi Richard

Just gave them a call; looks like a repair job.

At least it is still within the 5 year warranty but still £320 to me!
