Floaty not so floaty

My floaty snaxo took a tumble and the suspension now rattles. Can it be corrected easily or is it a job for Naim?
Sounds like the suspension may be damaged. Is it still working ok? I'd definitely want it looked at by someone who knows what they're doing. Maybe get your dealer to open it up and take it from there?

Sorry for your misfortune, but the question that begs to be answered, HOW!!!!!
3 stack Fraim/552/300's.....
Allante93!
Someone that is confident needs to open the box and look at the suspension - one or more of the springs may have been unseated, so it may be straightforward to fix, or may be more serious.
If that confident person is not you, then the Dealer would be that person.
Power-down and unplug first!
It needs transit bolts inserted to lock the suspension, turn upside-down and undo the feet with an Allen-key, undo the single big case bolt, turn over right-side and carefully remove the transit-bolts and slide-off the case.
Once inspected and fixed if it is just re-seating the springs, then reverse the process to reassemble.
Since this is the only Naim product that Naim designed to allow the user to remove the case to be able to tweak the crossover, hopefully I'm not in trouble describing the process - otherwise remove what I've said!
Let us know if you get it fixed.

So, followed DB's instructions and found all to be fine. Thank you
Good it was a straightforward fix! ![]()
We always presume the worst but sometimes it isn't so pleased your system is back in service.
You need to restrain whatever creature dislodged the box from any future adventures. ![]()

The way I read Steve's post is that he didn't find any thing wrong, so problem still there?

Quite so. Wonder if the process of removing the case, turning the unit over etc. rectified the problem.
Is the rattle still there?
