Spotify failed

From a couple of days Spotify does not work, I reset the Superuniti 2 times but without success, all its streaming capabilities are fine, UPnP, internet radio, Bluetooth but not Spot . This had already happened in the past but it was solved in a short, restarting the modem or the SU. 

Display show Error can't contact Spotify server

Is there a way to fix it?

I searched in the forum similar problems to mine and I discovered that Naim and Spotify are like the devil and holy water.

I wonder how Naim do not worry about these issues releasing firmware fix

In the meantime, I canceled the subscription premium spotify and I adopted tidal, it works perfectly. I sent an email to the Naim support but no response yet.
Needless to say I am very disappointed

For what it's worth, Spotify was working fine for me a few minutes ago before I stopped listening, and has been all day as I've occasionally dipped in and out.  It's a bit late now if you've adopted an alternative anyway, but I presume you tried restarting your router, logging out of Spotify and back in again, etc?

In my opinion Spotify is a much better service than Tidal. The only exception being that Tidal HiFi, for double the price, gives you lossless sound quality - usually. In your position, I would give Naim support a phone, as I suspect there is a solution to your problem.

I canceled premium spoty but I can use it until 16 March. Yesterday I was surprised, spoty returned alive on my SU , very happy and ready to enable again the premium service.

This morning ERROR again. are 3 hours which is still dead. No answer from Naim yet to my email. Needless to say that Spoty is implemented very badly  on a expensive machine like the SU; in my Play station 4 (250 euro) Spoty run very well, how do you explain it.

I am even more angry now that Spotify HI FI will be released

All Naim engineers focused on perfecting the new UNITI products and forget who until now believed in them.
In the future I will sell my loved Superuniti for something more reliable

I haven't tried Spotify in ages but wanted something not on Tidal this evening, only to find that the SuperUniti is no longer listed as a device in Spotify.

Rebooting did nothing.

and it was the one thing the kids actually used!

Your problem seems due at network configuration. My Superuniti is listed in Spotify app but report error on SU display while Tidal work fine

Ok problem solved. The DNS in my router TP link changed for Google DNS 8.8.8.8 and Spotify back to work.
