SN2 remote sensor

My SN2 seems to be ignoring both of my remotes, which happily control other units. Sensor issues? Can it be 'reset'?

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

I've succeeded in that department. To no avail.

Obviously no official solution so I'll pop it round to my friendly dealer.

Dave, I've been wracking my brain trying to think of a solution.  The SN2 unfortunately post dates my time at the factory, but it may be an alternative code set has been somehow selected?  Of course it could also be a faulty soft key on the remote (unlikely as it affects two remotes) or even a faulty logo sensor. Try contacting Steve Hopkins first at info@naimaudio.com - he may have an easy solution.

Thanks, I've sent Steve an email. The remotes are definitely OK.
