New Boxes - back from service.

Picked up my CD5 and Hi-Cap following a service by Naim and was surprised to find that they were returned in brand new boxes. A pleasant surprise but my dealer was not able to explain why...

is this a new service I wonder?

Lucky you. I had to pay for a new carton recently. The old one had seen too many house moves.

Well it was good of them to pack in new ones, but whats it sounding like now?

Both are hooked up but unfortunately no puck for the CD5, still with Naim.... it didn't come back - maybe I shouldn't have sent it. Will be calling the dealer tomorrow to get a new one.

I wonder, any ideas how long a new mechanism takes to run in?
