Pmc Twenty 5.22 or Ovator S-400 Maybe Atc

Hi everyone, I'm pretty new to the forums.

Please  can I get some advice, I currently have the Pmc above, they sound great, the highs and midrange are lovely, but I have this feeling that I am missing something in the sound.

I was hoping the sound would be a full hearty type of sound but seems quite midrange, sorry can't quite describe it properly, the bass is very good at low volumes, but not very controlled if I turn the volume above 50, the stands are filled around halfway.

I sit around 7ft away from my listening position.The room size is 16ft long by 10ft wide. I sit width ways not length ways as I find the bass is not enough length ways, hence my listening position only 7ft away,

My equipment is a Nac-272 and a 250Dr, Rega RP8.

im just wandering If I change to the Ovators is this going to be overkill, or will I be getting a fuller sound compared to the Pmc, I would have to by the Ovators bling as can't find a dealer who has them locally to borrow, but have noticed you can get them around the £2k ish mark second hand. Or has someone have  any thoughts on Atc Speakers, floorstanders?

Anythoughts or ideas would be much appreciated, hope I haven't bored to many people with my questions.
