Records sales and Amazon counterfits

I just got this from Massimo B.

It turns out that cd and vinyls sales is not that bad compared to streaming service

For the above, it's not well clear to me if they were actually sold by Amazon or sellers on Amazon Marketplace.

For sure a few years ago i bought a Sisters Of Mercy us edition cd on Amazon.com which was clearly a cdr copy
