Okki Nokki Service

My 10 year old Okki Nokki stopped working and I was in the middle of digitising my record collection, however an email to them and a phone call the same day had the necessary part on its way. I think this was remarkable service considering the age of the RCM. A real pleasure to deal with and would heartily recommend the Okki Nokki as a great piece of kit with a great after sales service.
