How do I add an iRadio station from its URL, without its IP address?

How does one add a station to the iRadio database one knows the URL for, but not the IP address and port?

The example given on the add station form

http://62.168.116.98:8000/dsp1

What is the switch/extension "dsp1" for ?

I tried to resolve the IP address of the station I'm trying to add from online TCPIP tools sites to no avail 

The station I am trying to add is not multicasting just now, so I can;t tell the bit rate either 

Is there a link that station providers can add their station on? He can't see the webform because it's asking for the MAC address. He's not sure the IP address as he's hosted on listen2myradio.com
