The rock musicians of the 60’s and 70’s are now senior persons. Many have let their BMI exceed by far the doctor recommendations. Most are still touring and what you see on youtube is sometimes quite pathetic: former rock stars unable to stand up for more than a few minutes, looking very bored and singing again and again the same songs from their youth about “making love all night long”.

Keith was the only person not to go through make up for his roll as Jacks dad.

I feel the same when I see recent pics of old favourites I haven't seen for years, or when I've occasionally met old school or uni friends. Sometimes the first thought's been, "OMG he's decrepit" while obviously telling him how well he looks, then I realise that's exactly what he's thinking about me.

Of course I remain a fine figure of a man, albeit a bit bigger boned than before.
