Chord Hugo Battery and Charging

Sure this has been answered before, but can't find it sorry

What is the advice for using the Chord Hugo with Naim NDX regarding battery, to keep the Hugo plugged in or to fully charge and

battery and then disconnect from mains

Thinking of battery life and sound quality here

If keep plugged in and charging is there any benefit of say an MCRU LPS with Hugo

Hugo connected to mains at all times. Occasionally remove from mains and play to drain then fully recharge batteries.

No benefit from external ps.
