The Met: Policing London

As a retired cop with 30+ years in the job (Essex, not Met) this BBC 'fly on the wall' is the best exposé of every day policing I've ever seen. Well worth a watch. Shows the uninformed layman/woman just what the thin blue line has to put up with on our behalf. No glorification, no dramatisation and, from what I see, very little censorship of what the lads and lasses say in front of the camera.

Refreshing and reassuring.

Yep, from the first episode I've been hooked. Normal people doing, more than often enough, an extraordinary job.
