NDS installation advice

Hi I have just got my NDS (yipee!)...... and I will be installing soon. I propose to connect it to my 555ps. I notice that the burndies are marked with white stripes from the factory.... one has 2 and the other 1. Using logic does this apply to 'socket 1 and socket 2' as sockets are illustrated on the rear in the manual? Also at which end are stripes to go ..... near the NDS or near the 555ps..... can anyone advise (ie are they directional).

Reading a manual will provide all the answers - stripy side goes to the NDS.

I did check through the sparse installation guide .... nothing was mentioned about burndies.....
