Ground loop on my tv from A/V sources

I have another mental issue with my electronics!!

When I watch my dvd's or S-VHS tapes on my telly I receive an annoying mosquito mesh on my telly screen, this mosquito net comes and goes constantly, I also get some crooked vertical lines on my telly screen along with the mosquito net. I used to have some annoying hum from my NAIM but killed the hum with a ground loop separator, I bought a Tratec TRIS 120, I have also connected all my sources in PHASE on the same mainsblocks connected to the same power outlet to reduce statics from RFI and EMI???

Problem is still there, I still get the darn mosquito net/crooked vertical lines on my telly screen on the A/V channel, before I used to remove the aerial cable from the telly to remove the statics, now it doesn't help at all to remove the aerial cable from my telly, the statics on A/V channel is now constant. I have tried to disconnect each A/V unit to see if the statics go away but to no avail!

I'm using high end aerial/video cables which reduce interference - ViaBlue/IXOS/SUPRA/QED

I have also bought an OelBach Phase tester to get proper phase on all my sources when connected to my mainsblocks

Don't know what to do to remedy the mosquito mesh and the crooked lines from my telly. WTF is going on!?
