I'm astonished though, that you have one in NZ and Naim can't get one to Birmingham!

Surely the Atoms must be about to ship otherwise why update apps for IOS and Android with versions that aren't 100%.

You would think so yes. But, mid August is what my dealer is saying.

lol....your dealer must be better than mine...they had start of July

Yesterday, my dealer said anytime now...........whatever that plays out as.

None of the dealers really know - that's for certain. I've just spoken one of the Nationals - they said September!

Is an update due today?

Depends...On if you consider the update from yesterday and update.

I would say one was due yesterday, but they missed a day a couple of weeks ago.....and didn't correct...therefore buying them an extra day. ...the swines!! Thought we wouldn't notice....

The previous week has seen some great progress; one of the very few approvals left for certification is now in the bag. 

We are down to the last few issues, the Software department are working through them and there will hopefully be an update for you at the end of the week.  We are continuing to build Uniti Atom ready for shipping as soon as we are able to send them out.

don't forget naim shut down in august

I don't know what is planned for this year, but Naim haven't always shut down production for a week in August.  Even when they have done so, it has been used has an opportunity for R&D to really concentrate on projects without any day to day production distractions. 

Naim appear to have updated the Uniti Atom product page.  Online manual can be found here:

Not seen before so looks like new link in last few days.  Unsurprisingly follows same format as the Muso(s) and Uniti Core.

That is a significant step forward.....c'mon Naim...get it out there....make it good...and all will be forgiven and we can be friends again 

For those interested its in the support section, not manuals and downloads. This is good news as it must be very close to release.

The register for detail has gone too, suggesting that it's available. 

Strange message on Facebook Naim forum was just added and then removed.   Naim employee stating something to celebrate for customers and employees alike.  Surely not what we all been hoping for?

Naim please tell us more......

EITHER way, Forum members please just take as a personal observation as don't want to add to the false expectations on dates or turn this into another bad communication message about Naim handling the release of the units.  

Just hoping beyond hope this is just a further example of good momentum building for the Units range.

It's all looking set in place isn't it.....

Moorgates in Sheffield say (on facebook) they are getting an Atom in next week (24 July onwards). Dont know if that means uou can buy and take one home.

Be the first kid on the block to take one home and risk becoming a beta tester for months afterwards. This time I'll let others take one for the team.

Someone else has posed the question to Moorgates on Facebook, can I also buy one next week. Answer, Yes, we expect more than one.

Seven Oaks are saying available next week too.

So they must be shipping today then, but still no update.........would like to know the Nova timing?

No I am betting(hoping)we should see them by September
