Sorry, I missed your post, and I'm not sure I fully understand it. It seems from reading it now that things are working much better now, which is great.

That's the thread, and I got that bit, but the last post got me confused. I was suggesting trying the speakers across rather than down to room.

I'm new to this, did you get my description of the room? Basically it's 13 x 22 the speakers are 10 feet apart now 6 inches from the back wall, sound is much better. It's not possile to get the speakers on the long wall so......
