Cant add to Playlist

I am trying to add music to the playlist however it says the maximum current playlist size of 500 has been reached. And yet there isn't anything in the playlist. How can i resolve this?

Is this in the Naim app - you haven't said whether it is or not (I assume it is); and, more significantly, you haven't said whether this is iOS or Android, the version of the OS or the version of the app.

No it is the Desktop Client i am using.

Do you get the same issue using a different control, such as N-Serve (for iPhone or Mac) or the browser interface?

I dont know i dont have a Iphone or a mac. I have a PC and a Ipad which has the old IOS that Naim dosent support. I also have a Android phone which also inst supported by Naim.

You can access the browser interface on any computer by typing the IP address into a web browser window just to see if the problem persists.

I added the track through the DTC and it didn't show up in the playlist. However when i used access the web interface face the track was in the playlist but not in the DTC playlist.
