New App - New UPnP playlist v New playlist tracks

Not sure I understand the question! Do you mean the difference between a playlist and a play queue? 

If you touch the three blobs next to a selected track these are two new options or at least renamed options in the new app. Just not sure what the difference is.

I believe that the options are to add the selected track to an existing playlist (if you have already created a playlist its name will appear in a list) or to create a new playlist with the selected track in it.

Any UnP Playlists you have created will appear on the app's homescreen next to your radio presets.
