If I use an SPDIF analog to digital converter, connected to the NDX (which is connected to the Ndac), when analog out from the NDX is disabled, is it like connecting the SPDIF on the Ndac??? And, if so, is it wiser to connect the SPDIF directly to the Ndac???

Not sure that I understand exactly what you are asking. The SPDIF output is digital and connects directly to an external DAC. You could use an ADC on the analogue output of the NDX to provide a digital signal to feed the DAC, but that is totally pointless and would be likely to degrade the signal as you would have it going DAC(in NDX)-ADC-nDAC, through 2 DACs and an ADC instead of just one DAC - and the idea of using nDAC with NDX is because nDAC is a better DAC than the one in NDX, and is used in place of it not as well as it.
