Qnap and Minimserve

I have a Qnap HS-210. I got a message that an update for Minimserver was available and I went to install it, but something has gone wrong. While I can log in to the NAS and see all the usual information about files , discs etc, when I try to launch Minimserver I get a message 'Page can't be displayed. Make sure the web address http://192.168.0.250:9790 is correct'.

The NAS IP address is definitely 192.168.0.250, so it must be the ':9790' bit that is the problem. Any ideas?

David - I'd suggest you get in touch with Simon Nash (Minimserver developer) - he normally responds swiftly to querries.

I haven't updated my Minimserver in alsmost one year. Will now hold on, untill I hear from you that the upload is fine.

Thanks guys. Having thought about it for 24 hours, I decided to remove Minimserver and reinstall it. That seems to have worked!
