Access to Core download folder

Windows access to the downloads folder on a Core is always a bit hit and miss unless you map the folder. You might find that restarting your router and your Core will make the folder visible again for a while, but mapping it should make it reliably visible.

You can find out how to map a folder in Windows by googling it. It doesn't take long to do.

Ever since I update my Core to 1.5 I have not been able to access the Download file via my computer, i've tried rebooting my network but still not working, any ideas?

You should report it to Naim in feedback inside the app, which will make sure it does get read. This does seem to be a bug as someone not on the forum who is network savvy told me he has this problem since the 1.5 update.

He solved it by navigating to the Core's downloads folder using its IP address as starting point. You can get its IP address by going to "About" in the setup (gear wheel) screen for Core in the app. Also if you are in Windows then mapping the folder is simple and should be effective.
