Adding non-listed radio station to Mu-So

Posted by: Antonof on 26 August 2017

Ok, so here is a problem. I would like to listen to the station which is not on default list of Mu-SO (it was on UQ).

I have read FAQs but I can not connect to vtuner page. It won't recognize me when I want to login (although I can login on Naim homepage).

Help needed (again).

Thanks!

Ok, now logged in through my MAC address. Added station in a group. How can I see this group in my Naim App?

Please, do tell us how? Might be useful for people in the future.

I've never been able to get it to work so an explanation would be useful.

I would like to tell you but there is nothing to tell except:

I managed to login on naim.vtuner.com with my MAC address. it is a little tricky to get it as I just didn't find it on sticker on the bottom of my Muso. Installed an App called Fing which explored my home network. I found Muso together with its MAC address there.

Then I browsed for desired radio, found it and placed it into the new group which I created.

Next time I connected to my Muso with Naim App I found this station (together with bunch of others that didn't show up before) under Location/Europe/Country/All Stations. It was there.

Hope it helps.

Thanks. I expected my selection to appear under 'added stations' but it doesn't.
