Graham's Hi Fi Service

Posted by: mattchup on 31 August 2017

I am looking at acquiring a second hand NAP 300 and 300 PS from a gentleman over here in the states.  He said when he came from the UK over to the states in 2013, he had the amp serviced and voltage changed to meet US standards.  He said the service from included the capacitors and tants being changed out.  He said it was performed at Graham's Hi Fi in London.  Is that service they provide?  I was on their website but couldn't tell. Thank you!

Yes, Grahams are one of the few dealers who are also authorised to undertake some Naim service and repair.  If you wish to have details then if you supply them with the serial numbers they may well oblige with when and what was done.

What about sending Graham's Hifi an email?

If they did not they would have likely got it done by Naim themselves

I have lots of experience with Grahams HiFi and their service department, they were my dealer when I was in the UK. I have no hesitation in recommending them and would have no concern about their servicing which is top notch, and authorized by Naim.

Thank you everyone for the responses.  The gentleman had an invoice as well for the service and voltage.  Recap and Voltage service from the Naim Factory so I think Grahms sent it in.  I did email Grahms as well and they emailed back.  I am very excited, took the plunge on the 300.  Now do I DR???? Ugh, love the upgratitis!
