Atom gapless playback and navigating music from display/remote

I'm a proud owner of an Atom and enjoying it tremendously. As many people have remarked, Naim have done a great job!

Just two caveats/issues I wonder if other people have encountered...

1. gapless playback

This is working with the Naim app, but not with the Bubbleupnp app. I use bubble to control all the other devices at home (running Minimserver) so a bit inconvenient to have to use 2 apps. I sent some logs to the bubble developer (super responsive and smart guy) and his diagnosis was that the Atom doesn't implement the standard gapless command: I assume the Naim app uses a proprietary mechanism, or we're still missing something in the setup.

Just wondered what other users were experiencing?

2. Navigating music on upnp servers using remote/display 

With such a wonderful remote and display, I was really surprised that you can't navigate to music using the remote and display. I know it's a secondary feature and many folk will use the app, but just seems a missed opportunity (and a regression versus what I understand you could do on the older Uniti's?)

Really hope Naim considers this for a future software upgrade - it would be brilliant. Is there a formal way of making new software feature requests?

Otherwise, great product that sounds great - which to be fair is the main usecase
