Non Naim Pre-Amp connection to SN1

I have a Cambridge CP2 Pre Amp between my LP12 TT and SN1. I'm using the phono connections to the SN1, but I can only get any sound via the CD RCA Inputs, not from the Aux 1, which would have been the obvious choice. I don't actually intend to use a CD Player, as a reformed Vinyl user. I also tried the Din connections, with a Phono adapter with the same result.

Assuming no obvious faults with the SN1 could someone explain?

Scott, how are the inputs allocated on your Supernait? It may be you need to reassign them. The AUX1 is by default set to Digital Input 2 but can be reassigned to an RCA and DIN analogue input. Have a read through the Supernait manual which tells you all about how to assign sockets.
