Uniti Atom Error Code

Does anyone know what Error Code 315 means, currently it blocked me from using my Atom.

If it's not serious, how does one clear it.

I cannot access the factory reset because of this error message.

I don't know what this is.

Have you tried turning the Atom off completely (pull out the power plug) and rebooting?

If so then I suggest phoning Naim support or your dealer of course.
