Naim muso QB can't switch on

I've bought naim muso qb last weekend. During use, i have a problem with it. Sometimes i can't switch on, only power button glow. I was try many times to turn on but nothing happend. The first times after 1 day, i tried and it's worked. But now the seconds times, nothing happened. Anybody know what's happen with it and what should i do? Thanks all.

I would send an email to Naim, this is easily done from the feedback section of the QB app.

In the meantime until Naim replies, you could try disconnecting it from the mains, waiting a few seconds and then plug it in again and once the lights have settled you should be back in business.

Another thought. Make sure you didn't select "Cleaning mode" under "Other settings" in the app. That turns the touch sensitivity of the controls on the Qb off, so you can clean it.....

I would echo David's suggestion of an unplug - rest - then plug back in.

Otherwise, contact Naim support.

Is it the power on by using the rotary dial on top of Qb that is not working?

might be that you previously operated the Qb by the app, and this still has control, so preventing dial from working?

in anyway try using the supplied reset pin to do a system reset

Thanks all. Its still not working. I've to bring it to naim sevice center. Hope they can reset it
