How to disable Tidal popup in app

Hello,

I've temporary stopped my Tidal subscription. But the Naim app displays a login popup every time when a new song selection is done. Does anyone know how to disable this popup?

Hi GF. Have you tried disabling the tidal input on the naim app?

Settings menu, input settings, Tidal and uncheck input enabled. You can also logout of Tidal here too.

Hi FINKFAN,

Yes the Tidal input and favourite setting is disabled. I also tried to re-install the Naim app but popup are still coming.

I think that if you reset the streamer to factory settings, it should forget all about your Tidal account. But you could also give Naim support a ring because there must be a less drastic way of doing this.

Maybe if you turn Tidal off in the streamer using the remote control (I don't know which streamer you are using).
