Can NDX's remote shutdown the Pre-Amp panel light ?

I'm not aware that this is possible. You would need to use a Narcom. Incidentally, why do you want it to do this?

Many people told me, it will improve the performance.

As Richard indicated, dim the front panel preamp buttons using a NARCOM and they will only flash on temporarily when a system automation event is received.

The logo remains on on all Naim products.
