Ipswich Trip-switch! Audio Show East
Posted by: kevin J Carden on 31 October 2017
it just so happens that I'll be in Suffolk this Wednesday and Thursday visiting Adams Brewery for the tour with my Father in Law and 2 brothers in law. Just decided I'll stay another day and visit the Audio Show on Friday. Tons of interesting and relevant stuff on show there for me..
Who else is planning to be there?
Hi Kevin, I'll be there, probably on both days (I'm only a short distance from Ipswich). I'm middle-aged, & I'll probably be wearing jeans and trainers, so you'll easily spot me. Oh, wait a minute...
Hi Kevin,
I'll be there too, arriving at around midday on Saturday.
I look like Tony's twin, so also easy to spot...
If that's not enough of a giveaway, just look for the person who's enquiring about something called streaming. Apparently, it's going to be nearly as good as playing CDs one day (runs for cover...)

Think I'll bring my cords - just so that i stand out . I look like very much like Paul Newman. Ahem..
Pam and I will be there from Friday morning looking forward to it.

I will be visiting the show on Friday morning before heading up to Southwold in the afternoon for a long weekend away with the other half.
If you've never been to Southwold it is a truly wonderful place. If you've got time, wander down to the harbour and you may be lucky enough to catch fish and chips being cooked straight from that mornings catch. Otherwise, if the ferry is running pay your pound and get rowed across to Wobbleswick (Walberswick) as The Bell serves lovely food and of course, Adnams beers.
I haven't been on an Adnams brewery trip since they started distilling their spirits....maybe it's about time I remedied that. Have fun.
I'll be there too ... I'll be the one that's the size of a house in a Naim polo-shirt, possibly stood talking to someone who has an "I wish I'd never asked" look on his face, as opposed to Jason who is a similar height and build but he gets to play you music.
Come over, introduce yourselves and who you are on here as it's always nice to put real world faces to your virtual presences ...

Not sure yet but think I’ll be there Saturday. And if so I’m going to give you a slapping and bring you to your senses
Will pop in on Friday, good selection of equipment, the Kudos room looks interesting.
I think I'm going to go too.
Grey hair, walking stick, frame, look of mild terror . . .
Friday only for me as M is threatening to drag me off to Nottingham on Saturday.

Oh my! Could you then be...my long-lost identical twin?

I'll be there Friday and possibly Saturday - in deep disguise.

Is there a pad for my copter?
Look forward to meeting as many of you as possible. As Phil says, it's always good to be able to associate a real person to a cyber-presence!
Good to know that you're thinking of putting in an appearance Alastair!
Your usual landing area has a been set aside Mr Strat.
Friday afternoon for me.
Im the one wth the Middlesbrough accent.
Norfolk hopes to visit Suffolk on Friday.
I hope to be there too on Saturday. No point in describing what I look like as you will never spot me among the sea of middle-aged (that's being optimistic), grey, balding men. I won't be wearing jeans though. Might break out my favourite Fez for identification purposes. On the other hand…...
See you there chaps.

I suggest everyone wears a red carnation!
Name badges?
Sensing flower selling opportunity . . .

Surely that should be Naim badges...?
