Din to RCA

Posted by: M37 on 02 November 2017

High end cables must be the most popular christmas gift of 2017 judging from all the topics lately.

so here’s another one..Can I really use Din to RCA cables and sleep tight knowing that I get the most out of my SN2, surely this must defeat the very purpose and benefits of using DIN in the first place?

I understand there’s also some DIN adapters available so you can connect whatever RCA of choice, worth trying?

I always succeed in messing up the headline. Is there anyway to change topic headlines once a thread is created?

If RCA to DIN then it makes perfect sense.

Simply think of it like DIN to RCA is providing 50% of the benefit compared to DIN to DIN over RCA to RCA. However not not all RCA connectors are at all equal, and if using RCA best use WBT or ETI Research plugs or similar, Naim use WBT.

Thank you Simon for explaining.
