Nova Screen Locked on Previous Album Graphic

As above. Has anyone experienced this as well? Locked for 3 days. Tried switching off at wall socket etc. but still the same. I like the Eagles but not for all albums!

I have this seen with my Uniti Atom, but unplugging the power cord solved this.

Since the Nova has a large power supply: have you unplugged for about 10 minutes or so? I can reacall an issue with my SuperNait which I could solve that way ...

I discussed with Phil at the Signals event, he is aware and said it needs a firmware update tbd?

3 days !!!

Do get lag always when listening but when swapping from Tidal to USB and backup the Nova does flip out and either gets stuck or just shows a note symbol.

I think an easy fix is let us turn off the display when listening ; )

I am having the same issue with Nova. Seems it happens when browsing through songs (on USB or Tidal) and switching between them quite fast, i.e. playing each song for few seconds.

only unplugging power cord helps. Hoping for firmware fix.
