just a short note to say I have just read on Facebook that frank is deeply unwell with a brain tumour. His wife Judith posted the news overnight and it has come as a complete shock to many, myself included.
A serious Naim user and, I believe, dealer for the company in Malta?
im sure you will join me in sending him our best wishes and thoughts.
Such sad news. I never had the pleasure to meet Frank, but always enjoyed his incredibly generous contribution to the forum, such knowledge and warmth.
Sending a huge thank you on behalf Naim for showing such passion and support over the years, it’s been our privilege. Our sincere condolences to family, friends, and our thoughts are with you.
Franks voice will be missed by all.

Like everyone else, I was shocked and deeply saddened to hear the news .
My condolences to family and friends. I am sure they will be consoled by their many memories of his warmth, generosity and humour, as shall all of us who were lucky enough to meet him either in the virtual world or up in Reading.
I met Frank only once and the impression he left is one of a really lovely man. Condolences to his wife, family and friends.
I only new Frank from the forum but no doubt he was one of the good guys who was knowledgeable and kind.
Very sad news, sincerest condolences to his wife and family. Struck me as being a very genuine guy, was very helpful to me on a couple of occasions on this forum over the years. Will be missed.
Like many others, I only encountered Frank on the forum. He struck me as always being enthusiastic and helpful, and even where others disagreed with his views he remained gentlemanly. RIP.

Only just seen this whole thread. As many others, I only knew Frank from his posts here, which were always a lovely combination of expertise and friendliness.
