iOS metadata ID tag editor

Has anyone found or is anyone using a good ID metadata tag editor app which can be used on an iPhone?

To be clear, iOS not OSX...

Last time this was asked - some time last year according to my search just now - the only solution offered was JRiver with JRiver remote app. Just wondering if there is anything which avoids having to go down that route. The real driver here is idleness - not having to turn the PC on and fire up tagscanner.
