Uniti Nova and Headphone Amp

Hi,

Is it possible to mute the preamp out of the Nova if required and use the sub out for my headphone amplifier?  That is what I have been told by my German retailer?

Optional: can I mute the loudspeaker out so that I can use the preamp out for my headphone amplifier?
