Nait xs 2 + Cd5i-2 remote control stopped responding

My remote control stopped responding at both my devices (apm+cd).Does anybody knows if there is a combination of keys in order to restore its functionality?

I have changed also batteries and power off-on both devices without any success ,i think that it should be a remote control problem.

The remote control is the Naim Narcom-4

Ah, OK. Unfortunately the Narcom 4 cannot be "reset". So, barring any user error - wrong soft key selected etc.. - it could be that it has died. In which case, you'll need to replace it. What happened to the other Narcom?
