How to get imgur photo on forum

Numpty alert!

I have recently got the imgur app and imgapp on my iPhone 

Can someone please give me step by step advice about how to post a picture on the forum starting once the picture has been taken on my iPhone. I am not sure which of the above 2 apps I use.
