PS555DR

My recently acquired 555psdr powering my CD 555 has shut down ,no power, worked perfectly last night this morning no good. Checked electric service and power line.
Seemingly no other problems with system, any way to reset ?
Fuse?
There is a spare in the unit. Fuse and spare in a pop out caddy adjacent to the power socket.
2nd that. Check the internal fuse
Did you power it down and it wouldn’t come on again or did it fail overnight while it was powered up? The fuse is very likely in the first scenario but if the second whilst the fuse may be gone there might be another problem, you’ll soon find out if the spare blows too.
Actually this reminds me. When I power cycled my recently returned 500 after DRing it wouldn’t latch on again though the logo would light when holding the botton in. Sometimes the power button doesn't fully come out and it won’t latch again until it has done so, pushing it in a bit and letting it spring out did the trick for me but I needed tipping off about this one.
