Superline Loadplugs settings with Ortofon SPU

my cart is a SPU #1E and I have just acquired an ex-demo superline. What would be the recommended combo for the capacitance and resistive load plugs to pair them? A bit lost at the moment. Thks

Gordon, with the SPU Royal N, I felt it was best around 220R - only use a bit of capacitance if you need it - i.e. to deal with rf. Of course, the regular SPU could well be quite different, although I seem to recall that most Ortofon MCs are designed around a 100ohm input load. As ever, your ears are the best judge here.

Thks. Yeah trial by error I guess, but see where should the starting point be.
