Probably not. I have one HiLine DIN4-DIN5 for my DAC-V1 but I guess there are other Naim boxes using this DIN4-DIN5 . 

I used one between my Naim pre-amp and Supercap that was powering my Superline.

You would need to check but it may also connect to a Hicap powering a Superline instead of the Supercap.

That would work  

Does it work from a 52 to a supercap. ? I don’t have superline

I'm not sure what you are trying to do ? The 52 connects to the Supercap via a Burndy cable and a DIN cable (for the control circuits) ?

im just trying to understand it’s usage, got an option to acquire one cheap and wondering if it’s of any use in what will be an active SBL system.

Ah ok Rob - understood. Apart from the power supply to preamp connection when using a Superline (and the DAC V1 use mentioned) i can't think of any other uses for this cable so it wouldn't be much use to you in your planned active system.
