Stageline PSU

Am looking to go back to vinyl after a number of years without it.
Have a Naim Atom and am thinking about a Naim Stageline for the phono amp.
which Naim PSU’s can I use to power the stageline? Could I even start with a Snaps?
which lead will I need to take the line out from Din to phono?
Haven’t got the turntable yet as still considering options.

You can power a Stageline with a Flatcap, HiCapDR or even a Supercap although that would probably be overkill. I don’t think a Snaps will work.

What type of cartridge are you planning on using- MM or MC?
IMHO, investing in a Stageline and a dedicated power supply is not the best move with the current marketplace offering many options that may be superior and less costly...

Surely a Stageline , Snaic and PS will cost more than 325 ?
The new Rega phonos, Graham Slee, Lounge Audio LCR would all be on my list for a MM at reasonable cost.

For the Naim kit was looking to buy second hand. One consideration was the I-Supply that a company makes for the Stageline.

Consider a turntable with a phono stage built in. There are reasonable Project options in your price range.

My stage-line has 2 sockets so the signal can be taken seperatly to the pre-amp or via the HiCap. I connect the HiCap 5/5 power to stage-line then a 4/5 to the pre-amp non powered input (as opposed to the O/P from the HiCap) - earlier Stagelines have one socket so you have route signal through the HiCap.

I agree with Chris. My Stageline/Flatcap2 sounds much better with the 4/5 interconnect going from the flatcap to the preamp vs stageline to preamp. The 2nd socket was added to be powered from the I- Supply which doesn't have an output like the flatcap/hicap/supercap.
