Unitiserve won't rip

My unitiserve will not rip any cds now. It coped perfectly well some months ago but all it does now is say " performing online lookup "and eject the disc. I have turned it off and on again. Any ideas?

Please double check the internet connection - it must be connected to internet to work well.

Are other functions functions ok? UPnP working well?

From the n-Serve app, go to Settings > Other Settings > Rip Mode > ON

This one occasionally re-sets itself and changes the Unitiserve into a play-mode, rather than rip-mode.

Nope, ripping mode is on. I'm sure it's something simple. I'll start again from scratch.
