Android app can't setup Mu-so Qb wifi

Hello folks,

Received my Qb some days ago and tried to set it up through the android app.

Which proved to be impossible due to a very annoying bug: the wifi list from which you're expected to pick your home network is empty.

Luckily I managed to power up an old iPad and setup the wifi with it, but I guess android only users are pretty stuck with this app version.

I had the same problem with mine, but that was 18 months ago or longer. I gave up in the end and used the web interface from a laptop.

Didn't even know there was a web interface, as easy android easy setup is largely advertised

Glad there is a another workaround

Yes, setup using the app would be a lot easier if it worked reliably. Setup using a web browser is documented on page 7 of the Qb manual. You press the pin-hole button and the Qb then creates an adhoc wireless network that you connect to from your browser and you can do the rest of the setup from there.
