Loose Olive XPS socket

the socket (receptacle) where my powerline plugs in has been loose for some time. It seems to move a bit when I plug in the power cord. It’s definitely not right as all my other Naim boxes have a firm socket. Is there a quick fix for this or is this something requiring a service professional ie Av Options ? I’m in USA

David, do you mean the IEC mains inlet? If so, there should be a small amount of movement on the socket of the XPS as Naim introduced this so as not to physically close-couple the IEC moulding to the chassis.

Yes Richard but this one has way too much movement- it is quite different from my other boxes ie 135, supercap,etc. It is clearly not right. Is there a way to tighten it from inside?
