Tidal problem with my new iPad

I hope someone can help. I have just bought a new iPad my old one getting on a bit. So I downloaded the naim app on my new iPad and ran through the usual finding rooms process. The iPad found my 272 no problems at all. I can queue and stream CD rips from my unitiserve just like my old iPad so all good so far. When I click on tidal the naim app on my new iPad finds tidal absolutely fine. I can even see my saved albums. But if I try and queue something from tidal it just hangs. Nothing gets queued. I can still queue tidal from the app on my old iPad, but tidal won’t queue from my new iPad. To my non technical mind both iPads are simply acting as a remote control, so I can’t understand why tidal will queue and function correctly from a 6 year old iPad, but not a brand new one. Any ideas?

Sounds like you may not be signed in to Tidal on your new pad, go to settings and check account log in settings etc

Thanks mercky. In fact your suggestion made me try logging out and logging back into tidal again. Very strange, although the app seemed to say I was already logged in, logging out and going back in did the trick. So mission accomplished. Problem solved. Appreciate your reply.
