Any news on the upcoming HDX software release / internet radio functionality beta test?

Not sure if I'm repeating what's been written above as not got time to read through just now, but at the Naim Summer Sounds, Dartford on Thursday, Mark Raggett confirmed the internet radio update would be out next week.

Sorry if I'm repeating here!!

Also interested to know if Internet radio will be enabled for UnitiServe.  Does anyone know the answer to that?

Yes - all server models.

I'm glad I found this thread.  I installed my new uServe yesterday and couldn't find the internet radio settings! Add me to the list of anxious folks waiting patiently

Some of the people who replied to this thread probably will say that I should stop whinging and just wait and see when Naim decides to finally release the update but allow me to disagree.... Another week has almost past without any info whatsoever, apart from Jason's above post (but I have the feeling that it will not happen this week...). As mentioned in my previous post, any update from Naim on what is going on would be nice at this point.

I am in Canada right now visited some rather good guys,  I would have hoped that the 1.6 release would have shipped this week, We are pressing up discs as the 1.5 relaese process so its all tight on the update. We have a key staff member on holiday and this may have caused delays, will rattle cages on Monday.

Not for me.

Downloaded zip. Burned iso. Applied update.

The web interface looks unchanged ....I have literally gone through all the menus, and can see nothing about the radio.

Where should it be?

The system says I am now on version 1.6b.

Thx,

M

OK. Weird.

If I look at the web interface using Firefox 6.0.2 on Ubuntu 10.04 I see:

1. The standard interface a la 1.5;

2. The interface, when set to black, has a number of blue lines that trace around various parts of the screen; and

3. The words from buttons impose themselves on the following screens.

I should point our that this was the case before 1.6 and I've just been living with it.

Switch to Chrome on the same OS.

1. See 'Internet Radio' on the home page; and

2. The interface displays correctly.
